Vinea crianza 2012 is a special red wine from Cigales (Castilla y Leon) made with vineyards between 20 and 50 years old, that´s the secret of its special taste. This is an impressive wine that you could drink now, but it will probably will age well for several years, until 2021.
Sommelier recommendation: Red meats, poultry, stews, pasta, rice, game.
Luis Gutierrez Tasting Note (The wine advocate, Robert Parker) for 2011: "The 2011 Museum Reserva is pure Tempranillo aged for two years in French oak barrels, and as such it has a smoky character with plenty of notes of vanilla and sweet cinnamon with plums, blackberries and dark cherries lurking in the background. The palate is medium-bodied, with very good balance, polished tannins and good acidity, with enough stuffing to develop and last in bottle. Very good, if slightly predictable. Drink now-2018."
